Baroque Bow for Viola

A touch heavier and broader in the stick than its violin counterpart, the Model C draws a warm, grounded tone from the viola. It holds the string well for sustained singing lines while keeping the agility the Baroque idiom demands.

03 — Model A

Baroque Bow for Cello

Shorter and stouter, with generous weight held near the hand, the Model A gives the cellist real command of the lower strings. It grips readily for a full, resonant sound yet remains nimble enough for rapid passagework.

04 — Model D

Bow for Treble Viol

Slender and finely balanced for the underhand grip, the Model D lets the treble viol speak with clarity and lightness. Its delicate camber rewards subtle wrist articulation and the transparent textures of consort playing.
